Refund and Returns Policy

At OPAL FLAIR, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your yacht purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy. Please read the terms below to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The yacht or boat must be in its original, unused condition and free from any damage.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The yacht or boat must be returned with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized yachts or boats that have been specifically modified for your order.
  • Used, damaged, or products not in their original condition.
  • Clearance or sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@opalflair.com or call (636) 665-4242 within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Provide your order number, the yacht or boat you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the yacht or boat.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. OPAL FLAIR is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned yacht or boat:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after the return has been received.
  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may refuse the refund or offer store credit.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your yacht or boat for a different model or option, please follow the return process. Once the return is processed, we will issue store credit that can be used to purchase the replacement yacht or boat.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a yacht or boat that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • We will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once the yacht or boat has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
